Located in Reynoldstown, this property has sat vacant for decades and become an eyesore for the neighborhood. The lot is very tight and oddly shaped, so rather than tear the existing structure down, the client requested a second story addition with a completely new skin to tie the two levels together. In order to make up for the small yard, an expansive roof deck was designed for the top of the home including an outdoor shower, wetbar, and restroom.
