Situated in the intown Atlanta neighborhood of Peoplestown, the client owned two very small lots (sized 50 ft x 50 ft each). The project required working with the neighborhood to receive a number of variances. Each home is a three bedroom with two and a half baths to total 1,800 sf per home.
